What we keep, and what we don't.

When you order: your email, your shipping address, and what you bought. That's what it takes to print something and get it to your door.

If you join the drop list, we store your email, the date you signed up, and which form you used — nothing more.

We never see your card. Payment details go directly from your browser to Stripe — they don't pass through, or get stored on, anything we run.

The services that make an order physically happen:

• Stripe — processes the payment. If you pay with Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, or Link, that provider is involved too.
• Printify and its print partners — receive your name, email, address, and items so they can produce, ship, and notify you about the order.
• Resend — sends your confirmation, shipping, and drop emails. Anything you send to support@voicedhwa.com is forwarded to our own inbox so we can reply.
• Supabase — stores the order record itself.

Two more touch the site itself: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and if the site throws an error, the page you were on and the error details go to Lovable, who host it, so we can fix it. Neither receives your order or contact details.

We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. There are no ad-network trackers or third-party advertising pixels on this site. We don't email you anything you didn't ask for — order emails if you ordered, drop emails only if you joined the list.

Want off the drop list, or want to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Reply to any email we send, or write to support@voicedhwa.com and we'll take care of it — same day, by a person. We keep order records only as long as we need them for support, refunds, and tax.
